PRIVACY POLICY

At NetForks.com we respect your right to privacy. The information we collect is used only to improve our web site by allowing us to monitor demographic and usage techniques. We do not share this information with any third parties. The information that we collect is used for transaction processing, to provide you with information you specifically request, to inform you about updates to our web site and to notify you of products we believe you may be interested in. We reserve the right to use your feedback on our website and/or social media channels. When doing so, we will treat your personal information with the utmost privacy but may disclose your name, general location and NetForks.com purchase history as submitted by you. Each time you receive information from us, we will give you the option of opting out of receiving any further information except for transaction correspondence, information and confirmation reports.

We are linked to a variety of other web sites and are not responsible for their privacy policies or how they treat their web site users' information. While we use reasonable precautions to keep the personal information disclosed to us secure, including SSL encryption technology, we are not responsible for any breach of security that is beyond our control.


RETURN POLICY

Netforks allows returns only in the instance of a product containing a defect in workmanship or use of defective materials. Any product being returned must be approved prior to shipment by Netforks Customer Support. Returns require a Return Authorization Number to be supplied by Netforks Customer Support. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Occasionally, NetForks.com will offer their customers discounted or free shipping. If a return is granted for an order that received free shipping, the customer will be refunded their entire purchase price, less return freight, our standard 18% restocking fee and the total for the costs incurred by NetForks.com for the initial freight/delivery of the product to the customer.

It is the sole responsibility of the Buyer to ensure the product(s) they are ordering call out the correct size, capacity and grade. NetForks.com will not accept returns for inaccurate orders or order errors. In the rare instance NetForks.com ships product(s) to customers not matching order specifications, NetForks will accept returns if the products are unused and NetForks.com Customer Support is notified within 10 days of receipt.

In the instance a Buyer refuses delivery of an undamaged product the Buyer will be responsible for all freight charges (to and from) plus an 18% restocking fee.


SHIPPING POLICY

Netforks.com Ships all products on pallet via various freight lines due the weight of products. Occasionally, Netforks.com will offer their customers discounted or free shipping. These offers are for standard delivery and do not include lift-gate service. The freight lines used by Netforks.com require the customer to have the ability to unload the items they purchased. This may require both a loading dock and a lift truck. If you do not have the capability to unload your products please call NetForks.com customer support at 913-401-3330 to make delivery arrangements prior to placing your order. Transit times vary based on customers location and the company that delivers your order. Typical transit time is 2-5 days. NetForks.com can only ship products to the Contiguous United States.


*FREE SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Free Shipping is for standard shipping only. Customers should be able to unload the items they have purchased. This may require both a loading dock and a lift-truck. If you do not have the capability to unload the items you have purchased and require delivery to be made by lift-gate, please contact NetForks.com customer support at (913)401-3330 prior to placing your order. This will typically result in an $85 surcharge. Products can only be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States. When a return is granted for an order that received free shipping, the customer will be refunded their entire purchase price less: return freight, our standard 18% restocking fee and the total for the costs incurred by NetForks.com for the initial freight/delivery of the product to the customer. These terms and conditions are subject to change at the discretion of NetForks.com.

Netforks must receive full payment for products before an order can be accepted. All orders must be paid by Credit Card at the time of purchase. Product Pricing is subject to change without notice. MATERIALS

At Netforks we take great pride in being able to say we only offer forklift forks made from some of the highest quality steel used for manufacturing forklift forks worldwide. The Quality of our forks is what separates us from competitors. Netforks.com forklift forks are made from SAE 15B37H, a high quality carbon steel with boron additives. This creates a high strength, uniform, secure bond all the way through the fork. In addition, all Netforks Forks are fully heat-treated, not just in one or two physical areas. Our Forklift Forks are some of the "toughest" on the market, meaning they have an incredible ability to absorb energy reducing the risk of cracking under high impact loads. Netforks.com Forks are routinely compared to the highest Quality Forks offered by industry giants Cascade Kenhar, Mechforge (MSI) and Arrow Material Handling.

Many competitors use a lower grade of steel (40CR). This steel lacks alloys that facilitate even heating during the forging process, resulting in a fork with a softer and weaker interior than products Netforks.com offers. This is demonstrated using the Charpy Test which 40CR will not typically pass without modification. Typical results of the Charpy Test expose 40CR's susceptibility to brittleness, especially at low temperatures. At Netforks.com we believe Fork Quality is an essential safety feature of your material handling machine. By using an inexpensive alternative steel for your fork tines exposes your organization to preventable operational accidents. At NetForks we ensure all product meets or exceeds the most rigorous international standards for manufacturing, testing, inspection, performance and durability in our industry.


WARRANTY / SUITABILITY

NetForks.com (Netforks) warrants to the original purchaser that all Forklift Forks delivered hereunder against faulty workmanship and use of defective materials, when used in normal use and service, to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to products purchased new by the original purchaser and does not apply to products which have been abused, misused, damaged, modified, or repaired by anyone other than NetForks.com or it's representative. Buyer's exclusive remedy shall be to have Netforks repair such product(s), supply replacement product(s) or credit Buyer's account for such goods and accept their return, whichever Netforks may elect in its sole discretion. NetForks.com makes no other warranty, expressed or implied. The company's liability, whether in contract, strict liability, tort or otherwise, including, without limitation, warranty claims, shall in no event exceed in the aggregate the purchase price of the product. In no event shall the company be liable for consequential, indirect, incidental or other damages of any nature including loss or expense incurred as a result of any delay in delivery, or out of service equipment.

No warranties are expressed or implied as to the fitness of the equipment on which the product is installed. Product(s) which do not fit due to incorrect selection or ordering errors of the Buyer are not returnable, not covered by this limited warranty and constitute the property of the Buyer.

THE WARRANTIES SET FORTH HEREIN ARE IN LIEU OF ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OR MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE PURCHASER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT NO OTHER REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES WERE MADE OR RELIED ON IN CONNECTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF THE PRODUCTS. NO PERSON IS AUTHORIZED TO VARY, MODIFY OR CHANGE THE TERMS OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. NEITHER PARTY SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE IN CONNECTION WITH OR ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE PROPERTY SOLD TO THE PURCHASER INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF BUSINESS, RETROFITS, GOODWILL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHETHER IN CONTRACT OR TORT, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE.
