  5. How do I know when my Forks (tines) need to be replaced?

OSHA recommends you always inspect forks during your pre-operational forklift inspection. If your forks (tines) contain any defects including but not limited to surface cracks, you are required to replace them. OSHA also requires you replace your Forks if they are showing a 10% wear at the heel. This should be measured every 6 months and recorded in your inspection log. For a complete list of OSHA’s recommendations as they pertain to Forklift Forks, check out their website.

  6. What size forks (tines) are the most appropriate for my machine?

We offer replacement forks (tines) that fit the Industrial Truck Association standard class 2, 3 and 4 carriages. We have forks that range in length from 36 to 120 inches; some of our forks can lift up to 79,000 lbs! We take a lot of pride in getting your order to you quickly. Orders placed on standard business days before 12pm EST will typically ship out that same day.

  9. Am I responsible for unloading the truck when my order is delivered?

Yes, our freight carriers require that the customer be able to unload their products from the trucks upon delivery.

  10. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship and sell domestically.
