  2. Are your prices for one fork (tine) or a pair?

    All of our replacement forklift forks are sold as pairs!

  3. What warranty do you provide?

    We provide a 3 year limited warranty as outlined here.

  4. Do your forks (tines) meet or exceed the quality standards stated in ISO 2330?

    Yes! All of our Forklift Forks are Internationally Certified to meet or exceed the quality standards stated in ISO 2330.

  5. How do I know when my Forks (tines) need to be replaced?

    OSHA recommends you always inspect forks during your pre-operational forklift inspection. If your forks (tines) contain any defects including but not limited to surface cracks, you are required to replace them. OSHA also requires you replace your Forks if they are showing a 10% wear at the heel. This should be measured every 6 months and recorded in your inspection log.   6. What size forks (tines) are the most appropriate for my machine?

    We offer replacement forks (tines) that fit the Industrial Truck Association standard class 2, 3 and 4 carriages. We have forks that range in length from 36 to 120 inches; some of our forks can lift up to 79,000 lbs!   7. Do you offer custom fork (tine) sizes?

    We maintain an expansive inventory so that we can be sure to have the fork sizes our customers need, but if you don’t see what you’re looking for in our store, send an email to support@netforks.com and we will try to help you out.

  8. How quickly can I get my forks (tines)?

    We take a lot of pride in getting your order to you quickly. Orders placed on standard business days before 12pm EST will typically ship out that same day.

  9. Am I responsible for unloading the truck when my order is delivered?

    Yes, our freight carriers require that the customer be able to unload their products from the trucks upon delivery.

  10. Do you ship internationally?

    Currently, we only ship and sell domestically.

  11. How can I make changes to, or cancel my order?

    If there is something you would like to add or subtract from your order after it has been placed simply send an email to support@netforks.com – be sure to include your name, the purchase date and your order number. We encourage you to do this as soon as you decide on the change as we typically ship orders the day they are placed. We do not allow order cancellations after products have left our facility.
